UW-ELAST is Scandinavia's leading manufacturer of molded products in polyurethane (https://www.uw-elast.se/polyuretan), including Vulkollan® (https://www.uw-elast.se/polyuretan/vulkollan) and our own brand Slitan. We have extensive and solid experience as problem solvers and suppliers to the industry. Through close dialogue with maintenance technicians, designers, and product developers, we address the most varied wear, abrasion, and corrosion issues. Everything from large membranes and rollers weighing up to about 18 tons to millimeter-sized seals has been delivered. With carefully selected polyurethane qualities, we coat, cast, or spray the products to achieve maximum lifespan. We prefer to be involved already at the planning and design stage to work with the customer to find the optimal solution.

As production staff, you will alternate between independent work and teamwork, depending on the day's agenda. Regardless of the setup, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery and its quality. We are now looking for someone with a broad competence in production. Your responsibilities include the production of polyurethane articles, working continuously for ongoing improvements, stopping orders in case of quality deficiencies, and alerting in case of workplace safety issues. The tasks may involve casting, finishing, cleaning, final inspection, processing, measuring, and blasting. You will also constantly optimize times and methods for manufacturing to achieve good product quality and high productivity. In your role, you will be part of a rotating schedule, so we expect you to be flexible.

Requirements and Preferences

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Industrial experience is required
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Good computer skills are an advantage
